Heart breaking and too real these days. RACHEL has created a tender love letter the theatre and the arts. The audience will feel the connections, the memories, and the passion…maybe before or is too late?

  • Debra A. Cole: Now is on fire

What an amazing approach to a ONE TIME ONLY production! This was such a tricky prompt, but CHRISTOPHER SOUCY handled it with grace and ease. BRILLIANT.

  • Debra A. Cole: Times Out/Time to Begin Again

What a beautiful story derived from a simple prompt: TIME.

The dialogue between Pete and Eden is both poetic and natural. Without giving anything away, Eden is so needed. Without her - we are nothing.

  • Debra A. Cole: Time to Talk

Wow. Christopher Soucy is a true artist. This short piece is about more than time. It's about choices. It's about moments. It's about love. What a truly touching play.

  • Debra A. Cole: Possessed by the Ex

What a dark and funny ride! It's always the "what ifs" that are romanticized after years of real life, real strife, and real love. The physical side of this delightful short play would be a treat for seasoned actors. Audiences are in for a real treat.

  • Debra A. Cole: SOMETHING LIKE SPOONS: A MONOLOGUE

Time. Precious and wasted. The concept of The Spoon Theory in our lives... in tis performer's life...will truly bring the audience on a journey that will make them think and feel. This would be a powerful piece for performers of any age.

  • Debra A. Cole: The Princess of America

Wonderful NPX homepage recommendation. This tender short play really about LOUIS Joseph Xavier François and his sister Marie not only entertained but sent me down a rabbit hole of discovery about the pair. What a beautiful look at royal siblings - their competitiveness - their dreams - their realities. LOVELY.

  • Debra A. Cole: I'm Not Your First, Am I?

What a BEAUTIFUL short play about fate, moments, letting go, and finding love. I am amazed at what talented playwrights like SAM HEYMAN can do with a simple prompt of TIME and bonus prompt of FIRSTS. The tension built between Madam Comet and Belle is truly magical.

  • Debra A. Cole: Only Once An Hour

WHAT A RIDE! The physical comedy alone in this unique piece will have audiences reacting. This inventive short play is a moment inside of the fascinating mind of ELLE MEEROVICH. Seconds have never been this necessary and torturous.

I am amazed at what the prompt of TIME brings out in talented writers.

It is amazing what COLE HUNTER DZUBAK can do with TIME as a writing prompt and FIRST as a bonus prompt.

This “meet cute”is much more than it first appears. The characters of a Danny and Blaire are perfect for each other and soon becomes evident why.

DZUBAK handles the dialogue with ease and delightful humor making audiences feel like they are in a nearby table listening in.

Makes me wonder if the chase at the end isn’t leading to even cuter things.
