  • Debra A. Cole: Trapped

PERFECTION. Usually, when a human is not told something, they fill in the details from their own imagination whether wrong or right. Instead, in this short play by ADAM RICHTER, the internet, and all its stupidity, has done the work for the imagination... and done it VERY POORLY! I would LOVE to see this produced. It speaks to most of what is wrong with the world today.

  • Debra A. Cole: The Void of the Creative Mind (A.k.a Writing with a Hangover)

    Same, girl...same.

There isn't a creative who hasn't experienced this level of repair and revival. RACHEL FEENY-WILLIAMS nails the human condition when pushed to a point of pure shut down. Any up for a gin and tonic? Just one...

  • Debra A. Cole: Magic: The Jargoning: Alpha Strike

Without understanding a single word before the final lines, I am hooked. Subcultures rule the creative world, and this short play by SAM HEYMAN will either connect with audiences or fascinate them. Thank you, Ted Danson. You are an American hero.

  • Debra A. Cole: All of the Napkins are Wet (a monologue) (Playing on the Periphery #1)

Looking through SCOTT SICKLES' extensive library of pieces on NPX, THIS ONE immediately jumped out at me. I get her. I get all of it. It's amazing how early we know who we really are. If only all 8 year olds were this strong and self aware. JUST BEAUTIFUL.

  • Debra A. Cole: A Playwright Asks... "What if?" PART TWO

EVERY creative will connect with this powerful, short play by SAM HEYMAN. How do we ask for what we really need? How to we prioritize US? This thoughtful piece will make audiences reflect on their own lives.

  • Debra A. Cole: KILL 'EM WITH RHYME

ADAM RICHTER did it! He took a ridiculous prompt and created a delightful rhyming film noir short play that audiences will love! I can't wait for a sequel.

  • Debra A. Cole: Better Latte Than Never

HILARIOUS! Living with a coffee junkie, this is BRILLIANT! Only the wonderful mind of RACHEL FEENY-WILLIAMS would make Coffee an actual character on a day-time talk show. A MUST PRODUCE!
