A playwright will find his/her/their muse anywhere it presents itself...and in this delightful short play by ELENA NASKOVA, a muse comes in the way of a sugar momma who knows exactly what she wants. Sadly, this playwright knows what he needs and wants too... and these varied desires do not connect.

This fast-paced and all too real monologue by ASHER WYNDHAM will bring out the rage in many who hear it... sadly, for others, it's just another day where weapons of mass destruction are seen as God-given rights. In the right hands, this poignant piece will leave audiences speechless... better yet... angry and ready to act.

Absolutely stunning. This tight two-hander will give audiences all the big feels. Regret, blame, and ultimately redemption make this short play by John Adams relatable to everyone who has ever loved and lost.

So glad to see this as the play of the day on NPX. FINALLY the battle I have waited for is brought to life in this one-minute delight by MONICA CROSS. I could see an entire one act around these two worlds colliding. LOVED IT.

Haunting. Truly haunting. Fear comes from what we don't see and understand, and LEE capitalizes on that fear. This short play is a lighting designers dream. WOW.

Oh, Nancy... I adore how a strong playwright like BRUCE KARP can establish so much character and back story in such a small amount of time. If Nancy has her way, there may be many more pick ups throughout the neighborhood.

Wow. The world needs more of these dads and less of these moms. LISA QUORESIMO presents a moment... a stressful moment... between mother and father as they negotiate a new relationship with their grown daughter. Too many times, parents raise their kids to fly on their own, and then they are shocked when their kids soar beautifully in a different direction. What a wonderful reminder to love them for who they are...not who parents think they should be.

Generational trauma... it hits hard even when those involved try to keep it silenced. This beautiful short play by SCOTT SICKLES gives seasoned actresses a chance to show true depth and range as memories flood back on darker days that found their way to the light. JUST LOVELY.
