The grief over a deceased love one is an ache that can't be described. Once you know it, nothing is ever the same. D. LEE MILLER reminds us to treasure the gentle memories and tiny moments in her short play HEARTSTRINGS. Some people write songs to process love, some of. us write plays to process grief, and some times, a simple sorry spurs just the right amount of inspiration. Thank you, D. LEE MILLER.

What a slice of the 70s. In three minutes, LOU JONES takes us back to a simpler time... and quite possibly more dangerous... but all survived, right? The sibling banter is perfect as they negotiate their moments on unsupervised time as kids do... ridiculing each other and getting into mischief. Perfection.

JENNIFER O'GRADY made me laugh out loud with the line, "I see tons of things. I have compound eyes." 37 ORIGAMI BEES is a true delight. Sometimes we don't see what's right in front of us... compound eyes or not. This short play would be good for ANY AGE to perform. SOMEONE PRODUCE IT!

37 Origami Bees by MATTHEW WEAVER truly blows my mind. So much is possible in his capable playwriting hands...fingers. Physicality reigns supreme and audiences will delight in the staging. AMAZING!

At the end of every relationship, there is a lesson to be learned, honored, and remembered. WILL GILMAN has found a beautiful way to document that process in his play 37 ORIGAMI BEES. Audiences will connect with this tender short play.

YIKES! Can't we just go back to the popcorn fight? RYAN VAUGHAN has created a very short play that could be the start of a much bigger horror story. YIKES!

Teens and mothers are complicated partners, and D. LEE MILLER has capitalized on that dynamic in her short play THE CAIRN. Like the cairns, we build relationships stone by stone, and sometimes, the piles falter over time. MILLER takes her characters back to nature to ground themselves for the stormy weather ahead. What a beautiful reminder to connect... wherever it feels right.

What a fabulous horror story. The tone, the visuals, the dialogue... all lead to a haunting short play by BRIAN CERN. THE FINAL CONFESSION OF LUCREZIA COLLODI is a haunting portrayal of revenge.
